Key Responsibilities:

  1. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and design suitable technical solutions.

  2. Prepare and present project proposals, BOMs, and technical documentation for LAN, CCTV, and WiFi setups.

  3. Conduct site surveys, solution demonstrations, and feasibility assessments.

  4. Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for technical specifications and pricing.

  5. Support the team during RFP/RFQ preparation and technical bid submissions.

  6. Assist in technical discussions and clarifications with clients during pre- and post-sales stages.

  7. Stay updated with the latest technologies and market trends in networking and surveillance solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong knowledge of LAN, CCTV, and WiFi infrastructure.

  2. Good understanding of network devices, cabling, and topology.

  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills (English proficiency mandatory).

  4. Ability to prepare technical documentation and proposals independently.

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving approach.

  6. Ability to manage multiple client requirements and timelines efficiently.

  7. Candidates with experience in System Integration / IT Infrastructure / Surveillance Projects.

  8. Certification in networking or surveillance (CCNA, N+ etc.) will be an added advantage.
