Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Application Engineer at IOTAFLOW SYSTEMS PVT. LTD., based in Bhubaneswar, with flexibility for partial remote work. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients to provide technical advice, support, and solutions tailored to their needs. Daily tasks include managing technical sales, conducting site surveys, preparing proposals, assisting in product selection, and delivering post-sales support. Collaboration with the sales and engineering teams to address customer requirements is a key part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales and Sales Engineering to develop customer relationships, identify client needs, and close deals effectively.
  • Strong Technical Support experience with the capability to troubleshoot, provide guidance, and resolve customer issues.
  • Knowledge in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering to understand and effectively communicate technical details about products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Experience in the flow measurement or instrumentation industry is a plus.
