Job Description:

  1. New Product Development as per season requirements.

  2. Creating sketches, developing new designs & concepts on Knitted fabrics & producing samples for presentation to customers.

  3. Understanding customers needs, creating Mood boards and designing customer specific Knitted fabric collections.

  4. Keeping up to date knowledge of new designs techniques and technology.

  5. Study & research on current and emerging trends relating to Knitted fabrics design, colors and shapes.

  6. Collaborating with Marketing & Product Development team and help bring new ideas for design and content creation.

  7. Visiting factory, International Fairs, Exhibitions, and Events etc. for new design innovations.

Candidate Key Requirements:

  1. Must have strong experience in Knitted Fabric Designing

  2. Must have excellent Fabric Knowledge.

  3. Should have exposure in both Domestic & International markets.

  4. Must have a basic costing knowledge to fit the designs in the price targets.

  5. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Photoshop, etc. and must have worked on a system.
