Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Fabricator to join our villa development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in metal fabrication, on-site installation, and structural works related to premium residential villas.

Key Responsibilities:

* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design plans.

* Fabricate and assemble metal structures such as gates, railings, pergolas, staircases, etc.

* Work with tools such as cutters, welders, grinders, and drill machines.

* Carry out on-site installations at villas and ensure alignment with design specifications.

* Perform quality checks and ensure high finishing standards.

* Collaborate with civil and finishing teams for integrated execution.

* Conduct routine maintenance and repair of fabricated items as needed.

* Adhere to safety standards and company protocols.

Requirements:

* Minimum 2–4 years of fabrication experience (villa or high-end residential projects preferred).

* Knowledge of different types of metals and fabrication techniques.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

* Basic understanding of construction site safety.

Job Type: Full-time
