Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated HR Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and selecting top-notch professionals who align with our company culture and contribute to our growth.

Key Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and professional networks to source and attract qualified candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.

Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and overall hiring processes. Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activities and progress. Qualifications and Experience:Education:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Languages or a related field.

Experience:Appreciated a previous internship experience in HR with a focus on recruiting. Skills:Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively use recruitment tools and platforms. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software.
