Sales Executive – Job Description

About the Role

  • Identify and connect with potential customers
  • Present and explain company services
  • Manage follow-ups and close sales
  • Build strong customer relationships and support overall business growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through calls, visits, and referrals
  • Explain services clearly and professionally to customers
  • Conduct meetings/presentations when required
  • Maintain follow-ups and convert leads into sales
  • Keep accurate records of inquiries and conversions
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the telecalling and operations team
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities

Required Skills

  • Strong communication in Gujarati / Hindi / English
  • Confident personality with good convincing ability
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/CRM data entry)
  • Good negotiation, presentation, and customer handling skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred)
  • Minimum 6 months of sales experience
  • Experience in field sales or service-based sales is a plus
