**SALES EXECUTIVE**

**Job Title** : Sales Executive
**Department** : Sales & Marketing Department

**Pay Structure** : ₹20 - 25,000/- per month + Incentive (₹10 - ₹15,000 expected) + **Benefits**
**Reporting to** : Sales Manager / Director

**JOB BRIEF**

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY**
- Closed deals by generated inquiries through calling, networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate generator solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations, follow up with clients, and close deals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with operations & accounts for smooth delivery and payment collection.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
- Provide timely sales reports and market feedback to management.

**EDUCATION**

a. Minimum Education : Graduate in any discipline

**EXPERIENCE**

a. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales (preferably in Industrial Products).

**BEHAVIORAL & TECHNICAL SKILLS**

a. Fluent in English, Hindi, and local language.
b. Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
c. Target-driven, self-motivated, and disciplined.
e. Ability to travel frequently for client meetings.
