Core responsibilities

  • Policy and claims management: Assist clients with ongoing policy needs, such as processing claims, handling renewals, and addressing issues or concerns.
  • Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and policy details.

Key skills and qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for explaining complex policies and building client relationships.
  • Product knowledge: A strong understanding of health insurance products, benefits, and regulations is required.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to research and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
  • Detail-oriented: Good organizational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple clients.
