Job Description / Role:
We are seeking experienced sales professionals to lead, manage, and drive our B2C and B2B sales operations in Bengaluru. The role involves achieving revenue targets, building key relationships, and managing a growing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Engineers and Executives
- Drive B2C and B2B sales across Bengaluru city
- Achieve revenue targets through field sales, product demos, and customer acquisition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and key accounts
- Track sales pipelines, monitor team KPIs, and ensure CRM/ERP updates
- Conduct regular sales reviews, training, and team development
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, and finance for smooth order execution
Qualifications / Skills:
- Graduate, MBA, or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or related fields
- 7–15 years of proven sales experience
- Excellent people management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong ability to track sales performance and drive results
- Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territories
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000
