FMCG Sales executive

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard distributors and retailers in assigned territories.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure consistent product availability.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and market expansion goals.
- Ensure proper placement, visibility, and promotion of products at retail outlets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback for strategy improvement.
- Conduct regular visits to the market to track sales performance and collection.
- Coordinate with the internal team for timely supply and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of local market (Rajkot and surrounding areas).
- Proven ability to build distributor and retailer networks.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
- Qualification: Graduate (preferred), but not mandatory if experienced.
