We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) program at Rachna Sagar Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with a passion for working with young children. As the ECCE Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our ECCE program, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans for the ECCE program.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of teachers, staff, and other support personnel.
  • Evaluate and assess the progress of children in the program.
  • Foster positive relationships with parents, community leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in education or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of child development principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with educational technology and software applications.
