Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education) Program Head to lead and oversee ECCE programs across India. The role involves managing a team of 4050 professionals, driving program growth, ensuring compliance, and fostering strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in early childhood education, strong leadership skills, and a passion for creating lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

As the ECCE Head, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of ECCE professionals across multiple locations in India.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to enhance team productivity and program effectiveness.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate ECCE programs and curricula in line with national standards and organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive the growth of ECCE initiatives nationwide.
  • Oversee revenue generation through the teams efforts, ensuring sustainability and scalability.
  • Identify and establish partnerships, collaborations, and funding opportunities to support ECCE programs.
  • Represent the organization at key events, conferences, and seminars to advocate for early childhood education.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, educational institutions, and community organizations.
  • Implement quality assurance measures to maintain high standards of education and care.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, research, and innovations in early childhood education and integrate them into programs.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies governing ECCE.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, Child Development, or a related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in ECCE, including at least 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of national and international ECCE standards and practices.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale programs and diverse teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India as required.
