Job Description:

We are looking for a driven Product Analyst with real estate experience to lead key initiatives across real estate valuation, pricing logic, and product development. The ideal candidate will have a structured approach to problem-solving, and a deep interest in real estate, data, and product thinking. This role demands a balance of market research, product strategy, and hands-on collaboration with developers to enhance the platform's intelligence and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to define roadmaps and features that enhance how users discover, evaluate, and compare real estate projects.
• Translate real estate market insights, investment parameters, and user needs into clear product requirements and platform features.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive flows for property search, scoring, and valuation, ensuring information is presented in a way that drives decision-making.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate scoring outputs, project filters, and valuation models against live market data.
• Analyze trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product differentiation in the real estate space.
• Identify and resolve product gaps, inconsistencies, and data quality issues to improve platform accuracy and trust.
• Collaborate with developers and real estate partners to onboard projects, integrate verified data, and align on delivery timelines.
• Communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure product priorities are clear and executed as planned.

Job Requirement:

• 0–2 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or related roles in real estate or B2C tech products.
• Bachelor's degree or MBA is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the product development lifecycle, agile workflows, and user experience best practices.
• Ability to analyze real estate market trends and translate them into impactful product features or enhancements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with developers, designers, and real estate stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for building models and tracking KPIs; familiarity with product management and analytics tools (e.g., JIRA, Figma, Google Analytics) to analyze feature performance and user engagement is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500, ₹700,000.00 per year
