Role Overview:

We're looking for a Media Planner & Buyer who will be responsible for planning, negotiating, and executing outdoor media campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills, along with a deep understanding of OOH media landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective outdoor media plans based on client briefs and marketing objectives.

2. Identify the best media locations and formats for maximum visibility and ROI.

3. Negotiate and finalize rates with media vendors to ensure cost efficiency.

4. Maintain and update inventory of hoardings and OOH sites.

5. Coordinate with the creative and operations teams for campaign execution.

6. Track, monitor, and report campaign performance with site photos and analytics.

7. Build and maintain relationships with media owners and suppliers.

8. Stay updated with market trends, new sites, and competitor activities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.

2. 2+ years of experience in media planning and buying (preferably in Outdoor / OOH).

3. Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

4. Good communication and presentation abilities.

5. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for media plans and reporting.

6. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
