The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key partners to obtain constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Develop standardized production, quality, and customer-service standards
  • Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
  • Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
  • Build a strong team through coaching, mentoring, specific training and performance evaluations
  • Support the onboarding of suppliers and contract manufacturers in accordance with the QMS.
  • Undertake identification of critical quality/process parameters and develop inspection/detection methods to ensure quality during the manufacturing process.
  • Supervise and review Quality Management System under the ISO 9001:2015 standard; including revising and release of controlled documents Conducted supplier/contract manufacturing audits, internal audits, and external audits.
  • Develop and implement a 5s lean management system within the organisation.
  • Provide internal training within organization related to QMS.
  • Coordinate quality improvement activity based on analyzed data Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.
  • Develop, review, and evaluate quality KPIs.
  • Develop and implement EHS and OHAS compliance within organization.
  • Undertake digital Document Management System.
  • Support in setting up of NPD department Liaise and communicate with organization, customers, and suppliers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
  • 5+ years' relevant work experience
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

Min. Skill Requirement for the Job Profile

  • Certified quality auditor (is a must).
  • Familiar with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
  • Good knowledge of quality tools and quality system methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process(PPAP)
  • Computer Knowledge, Knowledge of Various Labor Laws & Acts

Authority:

  • To Sign all types of Gate Passes, Leaves, and Overtime.
  • To sign cash payment vouchers, To Sign Safety Permits, Invoices, and All types of Bills related to dept.
  • To Stop unsafe acts in the plant.
  • Reporting of incident.
