We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Master Ji (Head Tailor) to lead our tailoring and production team, ensuring excellence in garment construction and finishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the cutting, stitching, and finishing of luxury garments with precision.
• Ensure premium finishing, fitting, and detailing in every garment.
• Conduct sample development & fittings as per designer's vision.
• Maintain quality standards in line with luxury fashion benchmarks.
• Manage fabric utilization, cutting layouts, and avoid wastage.
• Train junior staff in advanced tailoring techniques.

Requirements

• 7+ years of proven experience as a Master Ji / Head Tailor in luxury or premium fashion brands.
• Expertise in pattern making, cutting, stitching, and draping.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics (silk, organza, velvet, chiffon, linen, wool, etc.).
• Ability to work on ethnic, fusion, and western luxury wear.
• Eye for detail with a commitment to flawless finishing & fitting.

Salary: Competitive – based on experience and skillset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
