Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Associate located in Hyderabad. The Field Associate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. Daily tasks include managing property listings, coordinating with hosts, assisting guests with their check-ins and check-outs, conducting regular site visits, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise. The Field Associate will also be responsible for gathering feedback and providing recommendations for service improvements.

Qualifications

  • Customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience in operations management and coordination
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in local languages and English
  • Experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
