Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue
    new business opportunities
    in B2B and B2G.
  • Conduct
    on-field product demonstrations
    of drones at defence trials, training centres, workshops, and other field trials.
  • Build and maintain
    strong relationships
    with procurement officers, unit commanders, and technical evaluation teams.
  • Coordinate with the internal
    technical and operations teams
    to ensure smooth execution of demos, dispatches, and post-demo feedback.
  • Track and manage
    leads, tenders, and inquiries
    through CRM and sales tracker.
  • Collect on-ground intelligence on
    upcoming RFPs, Make-II projects, and vendor registrations
    .
  • Provide
    daily field visit reports
    , customer feedback, and competitor insights to the Sales Head.
  • Support the
    installation, training, and after-sales support
    process during customer handovers.
  • Achieve
    monthly and quarterly sales targets
    and ensure timely payment collections.
  • Represent the company at
    exhibitions, defence expos, and industry events
    to generate new leads.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in
    Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing
    .
  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in on-field sales, preferably in
    defence or UAV
    .
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to engage with
    senior defence personnel
    .
  • Familiarity with
    tendering processes, vendor registration
    , and defence procurement norms.
  • Willingness to
    travel extensively across India
    , including high-altitude or remote zones.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of
    CRM tools
    and
    MS Office suite
    .
