Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical SEO Specialist with expertise in advanced SEO strategies, AI-driven search visibility, GEO targeting, Voice SEO, and structured data optimization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with technical SEO audits, website migrations, performance optimization, and advanced on-page SEO, along with strong analytical and reporting capabilities. This role will also involve leveraging AI and LLM platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, AI Voice Search, SGE) to improve content discoverability and digital presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct advanced keyword research to identify content gaps, user intent opportunities, and AI/voice search keywords.
  • Plan and implement GEO-targeted SEO strategies, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) for local and LLM visibility.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, AI/LLM developments, voice search evolution, and best practices.
  • Lead SEO project planning, task prioritization, and ensure timely execution across teams.

Technical SEO & On-Page Optimization

  • Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexing, site architecture, speed, and Core Web Vitals (CWV).
  • Optimize website structure, metadata, headings, internal linking, canonicalization, and URL hierarchies.
  • Implement and manage structured data and schema markup for rich snippets, FAQs, product information, and other enhanced SERP features.
  • Ensure mobile-first optimization and page speed improvements across all devices.
  • Manage website migrations, redirects, and canonical issues while maintaining organic rankings.
  • Utilize tools like Screaming Frog, Siteimprove, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, and GA4 for crawling, audit, and technical diagnostics.
  • Collaborate with developers to implement HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and CMS-specific SEO improvements (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

Advanced AI & Voice SEO

  • Optimize content for AI-generated search visibility (ChatGPT, Google SGE, other LLM platforms).
  • Implement Voice SEO strategies, including structured Q&A content and conversational keyword targeting.
  • Monitor and adapt strategies for geo-targeted AI content visibility and local search prominence.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create AI/voice-optimized content assets and test them in AI SERPs.

Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor SEO KPIs: organic traffic, keyword rankings, CTR, conversion rates, and domain authority.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports using Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio (Data Studio), Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis and SEO audits.
  • Track the impact of technical SEO changes, content updates, and link-building efforts.
  • Prepare progress reports, client presentations, and internal updates for stakeholders.

Off-Page SEO & Link Building

  • Develop and execute advanced link-building strategies, including guest blogging, outreach, directory submissions, and digital PR campaigns.
  • Reactivate and optimize aged or previously dropped domains.
  • Collaborate with content writers and outreach teams to ensure quality backlinks and anchor text optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of SEO experience with 1+ years in a team lead or managerial role.
  • Hands-on experience in technical SEO, site audits, migrations, and structured data implementation.
  • Advanced understanding of Core Web Vitals, site speed optimization, mobile-first SEO, and schema markup.
  • Experience with GEO SEO, AEO, AI/LLM search visibility, and Voice SEO strategies.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Siteimprove, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Looker Studio.
  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in reporting dashboards and progress tracking.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and mentor SEO executives or junior team members.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and event tracking.
  • Understanding of local SEO and eCommerce SEO strategies.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other SEO/marketing platforms (optional).
  • Experience in B2B/B2C digital marketing environments.
  • Knowledge of advanced AI-driven keyword research, semantic search clustering, and content optimization.

Additional Responsibilities (Advanced Concepts)

  • Implement AI/LLM-driven content optimization for future SERP visibility.
  • Conduct experiments for voice search ranking and snippet optimization.
  • Track technical SEO performance with actionable insights for internal and client reporting.
  • Build and optimize SEO dashboards for real-time monitoring.
