**Position Overview**:
The SEO Executive will be responsible for improving the organic search rankings and visibility of websites. This role requires hands-on experience in all aspects of SEO, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, content optimization, technical SEO, and performance analysis. You will work closely with other members of the digital marketing team to implement effective SEO strategies and achieve optimal results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**On-Page SEO**:

- Optimize web pages for search engines using appropriate keywords, meta descriptions, title tags, header tags, and images.
- Ensure website content is well-structured and optimized according to SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with content teams to enhance the quality of content and ensure alignment with SEO strategies.
- Conduct on-page SEO audits and implement changes based on findings to improve rankings.
- Implement internal linking strategies to enhance site navigation and user experience.

**Keyword Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct thorough keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others.
- Analyze competitors’ keywords and SEO strategies to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement keyword strategies that align with business goals.
- Monitor keyword rankings and adjust strategies based on performance.
- Off-Page SEO & Link Building:

- Create and execute link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
- Manage outreach efforts to build relationships with bloggers, influencers, and websites for link-building opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with search engine guidelines and best practices for link-building activities.
- Regularly analyze the link profile of competitors and develop strategies to outperform them.

**Technical SEO**:

- Work with the development team to ensure website performance is optimized for speed, mobile-friendliness, and overall technical health.
- Conduct website audits to identify technical issues such as broken links, 404 errors, crawl problems, and other performance-affecting factors.
- Monitor and resolve crawl errors, optimize XML sitemaps, robots.txt files, and manage redirects.
- Ensure website structure, URL hierarchy, and internal linking are optimized for search engines.

**Content Optimization**:

- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword strategies and user intent.
- Review and update existing content to ensure it is optimized for search engines and delivers value to users.
- Optimize multimedia content, including images and videos, to improve performance in search results.
- Assist in creating blog posts, articles, and other forms of content that drive organic traffic.

**SEO Reporting & Analytics**:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to track website performance and user behavior.
- Generate detailed SEO reports to analyze key metrics, track traffic growth, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Identify areas for improvement based on data analysis and provide actionable insights.
- Provide clients or management with monthly performance reports, including ranking progress, traffic growth, and other relevant SEO metrics.

**Staying Updated with SEO Trends**:

- Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes.
- Implement new SEO strategies based on evolving best practices and industry standards.
- Participate in webinars, conferences, and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge and stay ahead of the competition.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization.
- Proficiency with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and ability to implement them effectively.
- Experience in link-building and executing outreach strategies.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website structures in relation to SEO.
- Ability to conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
