Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to join our AT Broadband support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing timely assistance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and coordination with the technical team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the concerned team for resolution.
  • Update customers on the status of their complaints or service requests.
  • Follow up on pending or delayed complaints to ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain accurate records and history of customer complaints and resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (both verbal & written).
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer support or telecom industry is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9, ₹11,000.00 per month
