Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage end-to-end

product lifecycle—from development and sampling to order execution and Sales team

coordination. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between buyers, production teams,

and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality compliance, and commercial alignment.

Key Responsibilities

�� Sales team Coordination

 Communicate with sales team regarding product specs, pricing, and delivery

timelines.

 Share samples, approvals, and updates in a timely and professional manner.

 Understand sales team expectations and translate them into actionable production

plans.

�� Product Development & Sampling

 Coordinate with design and sampling teams to develop new styles based on buyer

briefs.

 Ensure timely submission of samples and manage revisions as needed.

 Track sample approvals and maintain records for reference and costing.

�� Order Execution & Production Follow-up

 Create and monitor T&A (Time & Action) calendars for each order.

 Liaise with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution.

 Resolve bottlenecks and escalate issues with proposed solutions.

�� Pricing & Costing

 Prepare cost sheets based on fabric, trims, labor, and overheads.

 Negotiate pricing with buyers and vendors to ensure profitability.

 Monitor changes in raw material costs and update pricing accordingly.

�� Compliance & Documentation

 Ensure adherence to buyer-specific compliance standards (e.g., EN ISO 1149, NFPA

2112).

 Maintain records of approvals, certifications, and audit reports.

 Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and final shipment clearance.

Qualifications & Skills

Preferred Attributes

 Experience with technical wear, uniforms, or compliance-heavy product lines

 Familiarity with replenishment models and client-specific inventory planning

 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
