Job Description: Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Consultant

The Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Procurement Consultant is responsible for delivering Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and Procurement implementations, working closely with business and IT stakeholders to translate supply chain and procurement requirements into scalable cloud solutions. The role requires hands-on experience in at least three full lifecycle Oracle Fusion SCM/Procurement implementation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion SCM and Procurement, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and postgolive support.
• Configure and support modules such as Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, and Order Management, aligned to best practices for procure-to-pay and order-to-cash.
• Facilitate process design workshops with business stakeholders (procurement, supply chain, operations, finance) to define tobe processes and standardize operations on Fusion Cloud.
• Prepare functional designs for integrations (upstream/downstream), custom reports, and extensions, and work with technical teams to deliver them using approved Oracle tools and integration platforms.
• Drive and support testing cycles (CRP, SIT, UAT), including test script preparation, defect management, and signoff, ensuring solution quality and compliance with internal controls.
• Support cutover planning, golive activities, hype-rcare, and continuous improvement, including adoption of new Fusion SCM/Procurement features from quarterly updates.
• Create and maintain configuration documents, process flows, training materials, and user guides, and deliver enduser and keyuser training sessions.

Required skills and experience

• 710 years of experience in Oracle SCM/Procurement applications, with at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM/Procurement implementation projects as a functional consultant.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite SCM/Procurement, including participation in migration or upgrade projects to Oracle Fusion Cloud, will be considered a strong plus.
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion modules such as: Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Inventory, Order Management; experience with Supply Chain Planning is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of core business processes: ProcuretoPay, OrdertoCash, Inventory Management, Supplier Management, and basic planning/replenishment concepts.
• Experience in requirement analysis, fitgap, conference room pilots, global template/rollout projects, and multicountry or multiBU implementations.
• Handson experience with data migration (items, suppliers, POs, open balances, onhand), and integration of Fusion SCM/Procurement with external systems such as finance, logistics, and thirdparty procurement tools.
• Familiarity with Oracle security, roles, approval workflows, and controls in SCM and Procurement modules, including audit and compliance considerations.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle EBusiness Suite SCM/Procurement, including involvement in migration or upgrade projects to Oracle Fusion Cloud, will be considered a strong plus.

Education and soft skills

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field; relevant supply chain or procurement certifications are an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshopfacilitation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with business leaders, procurement teams, supply chain operations, and technical teams.
• Proven analytical, problemsolving, and documentation skills, with the ability to work in global delivery and crossfunctional project environments.
