Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to lead the design, analysis, and implementation of lending solutions for NBFCs and Banks & MFI, E-commerce. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient lending solutions while leveraging Finxbridge' s innovative platform. This role bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring seamless operations, compliance, and customer-centric outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Analysis and Requirement Gathering:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, lending teams, and IT to understand and document business requirements for LMS/LOS enhancements.
• Must have prior experience in Lending Solutions Including digital banking
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit user needs and system functionalities.
• Analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

2. Process Design and Optimization:

• Map end-to-end lending workflows for diverse loan products, including personal loans, SME loans, and mortgages,
• Develop comprehensive business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and use cases.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, ensuring that requirements are well-understood by development and QA teams.
• Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups as needed to visualize requirements and system changes

3. Implementation and Alignment:

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration
• Translate business requirements into platform-specific configurations and workflows
• Participate in system design discussions, testing activities, and implementation planning.
• Work with IT and vendor teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

5. Stakeholder Management and Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and Finxbridge support.
• Provide updates on Finxbridge implementation progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to help users maximize the potential of the Finxbridge platform.

6. Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Define and execute test cases to validate Finxbridge-based solutions that meet business requirements.
• Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure smooth deployment and gather client feedback.
• Project Coordination & Support:
• Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Provide post-implementation support, monitor system performance, and gather feedback for future enhancements.
• Liaise with compliance and risk management teams to ensure that system changes adhere to regulatory standards.
• Stakeholder Management & Continuous Improvement:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS/LOS-related inquiries and issues.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in digital lending and loan management.
• Propose innovative solutions to optimize loan processing, improve customer experience, and streamline operations.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst in the lending domain
  (NBFCs, Banks, or MFIs).
• Hands-on experience with
  Loan Management Systems (LOS/LMS), digital banking, and lending workflows
  .
• Deep understanding of the
  loan lifecycle
  — origination, underwriting, disbursement, collections.
• Strong knowledge of
  regulatory frameworks
  (RBI, KYC, AML).
• Ability to work with
  APIs, integrations, and financial data flows
  .
• Comfort with tools like
  Jira, Confluence, Visio
  .
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complexity for stakeholders.
