1. Job Title: Account Manager / Account Director – Digital Marketing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Account Manager / Account Director
with strong digital marketing expertise who can manage multiple client accounts, build strategies, and ensure campaign success. The ideal candidate should have
5+ years of total experience
(including
2+ years in account management
) and should have managed at least
5–7 accounts
simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the
    primary client contact
    , managing day-to-day communication and building long-term relationships.
  • Develop
    integrated digital marketing strategies
    (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, PR).
  • Work with PPC, SEO, design, and PR teams to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Prepare and deliver
    proposals, pitch decks, and campaign plans
    to clients.
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and provide actionable insights with
    monthly/quarterly performance reports
    .
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention while identifying
    upsell/cross-sell opportunities
    .
  • Stay updated with
    digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
    .

Requirements

  • 5+ years
    of experience in digital marketing, with
    2+ years in Account Management/Client Servicing
    .
  • Proven experience in handling
    5–7 accounts simultaneously
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    PPC, SEO, social media, PR, and content marketing
    .
  • Excellent skills in
    proposal building, client presentations, and communication
    .
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in reporting tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, Ads Manager).
