Job Overview
: We are seeking a
Technical Sales Engineer
with a strong technical background and sales acumen in Fire industry to expand our industrial product portfolio in
MEP vertical
. This role involves business development, technical consultations, and maintaining long-term client relationships
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the region.
· Identify and engage potential customers, fostering long-term relationships.
· Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
· Provide expert consultation to customers, ensuring optimal product selection.
· Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and delivery.
· Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches.
· Maintain records of customer interactions and sales progress.
· Travel extensively within South Gujarat to meet clients and attend industry events.
· Target oriented who can handle pressure
Skills & Experience Required:
·
1- 2 years
of experience in technical sales, business development, or industrial product sales.
· Degree /Diploma in
Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
.
· Knowledge of
Gas detector, Flame Detector, Temp OR RH Detector, Portable Gas detector,
PLC based Control Panel, Microcontroller Based Control Panel
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Problem-solving mindset with a customer-centric approach.
· Ability to travel regularly within the assigned region.
. Strong knowledge of MEPF systems — including HVAC, LV/MV electrical systems, plumbing networks, fire suppression systems (sprinklers, hydrants, gas suppression, etc.),
design-build or turnkey MEPF projects.

Familiarity with building codes, safety standards, and green building guidelines (e.g., LEED, ASHRAE, NFPA).
