Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Jaipur (Work from Office)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month (Based on experience)

Experience Required: Minimum 1–2 Years (with at least 5 live UI/UX projects delivered)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who can transform ideas into intuitive, user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Figma and other design/prototyping tools, and a strong portfolio with at least 5 live completed UI/UX projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design web and mobile application interfaces with focus on user experience and simplicity
  • Create wireframes, mockups, user flows and interactive prototypes
  • Understand client and business requirements and convert them into logical UI/UX layouts
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers and marketing teams to implement designs
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify areas for improvement
  • Ensure brand consistency and maintain modern design standards across all screens
  • Deliver pixel-perfect design assets and design handoff using reusable components

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with minimum 5 live projects
  • Strong expertise in Figma (mandatory)
  • Experience with Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, or similar tools
  • Knowledge of User Research, Persona Development & User Flow
  • Understanding of Design Systems, Typography & Color Theory
  • Familiarity with Web & Mobile responsive layouts
  • Ability to efficiently convert feedback into final refined designs

Nice-to-Have Skills (Good Advantage)

  • Experience working with developers on Flutter / React / Web apps
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
  • Understanding of UI animations and micro-interactions
  • Knowledge of Canva or motion graphics tools
