Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
**UI/UX Design**:

- Design and enhance the OHi App's user interface, ensuring it is visually appealing and user-friendly.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define user experience goals and translate them into actionable designs.

**User Research**:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and other documentation to represent user needs effectively.

**Design Systems and Guidelines**:

- Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across the app's visual elements.
- Ensure designs align with OHi App's branding and accessibility standards.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to deliver high-quality designs within project timelines.
- Provide design specifications, assets, and guidance to developers for implementation.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the app's experience.

Key Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably with mobile app design experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for effective collaboration with developers (optional but preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, including case studies and outcomes.
