**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research, analyze data, and create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- Create and maintain **design systems and UI components** for consistency across projects.
- Optimize user experience by testing and refining designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
- Ensure accessibility and usability compliance in all designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers and developers.

**Qualifications**:

- **1.5+ years of experience** in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other design tools.**:

- Strong understanding of **user-centered design principles and usability.**:

- Experience in creating **wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups.**:

- Familiarity with **HTML, CSS, and front-end development** is a plus.
- Ability to conduct **user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.**:

- Knowledge of **design systems and component libraries.**:

- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Education and Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).
- **1.5+ years of experience** as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
- A portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects is required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
