UX designer

**Job Overview**:
As a UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and product teams to craft intuitive, user-friendly experiences. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to real projects that will go live. You will be involved in various stages of the design process, from research to wireframing to prototyping.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability tests.
- Help create user personas, journey maps, and flows to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior designers to develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that meet user and business needs.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and UI component libraries.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide feedback on product designs.
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency and alignment with business goals.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and testing results.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for solving complex design challenges.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate quickly.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Portfolio or personal projects demonstrating UX/UI design work (can be coursework or independent projects).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with prototyping tools such as InVision or Marvel.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Previous internship or work experience in a UX or design-related role.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
