**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
- Convert designs into clean, responsive HTML/CSS/JavaScript as needed.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve designs.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UI/UX and front-end development.

**Required Skills**:
Proven experience (3+ years) in UI/UX design and front-end development.

Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and HTML/CSS/JavaScript work.

Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery for basic interactivity.

Understanding of UX principles, usability testing, and user research.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

**Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)**:

- Experience with CSS frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind.
- Knowledge of accessibility (WCAG) standards.
- Experience with version control (Git).
- Basic familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Vue) is a plus.
- Graphic design experience (Illustrator, Photoshop) for creating visual asse
