**Job Title: UI/UX Designer**

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our design team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-centric digital experiences for our services. You will collaborate closely with product BDE, developers, to design intuitive and seamless user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
- Responsibilities:_
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions that align with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify areas of improvement and refine designs.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and ensure that the user's perspective is considered in all design decisions.
- Work closely with developers during the implementation phase to ensure design specifications are met and maintained.
- Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to promote consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Qualifications:_
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
- Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail, typography, and layout.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- A passion for creating compelling and intuitive user experiences.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
