SYSTRA India's comprehensive know-how and expertise in Railways provides a wide spectrum of solutions for any challenge (Building a new rail link, doubling the capacity, gauge conversion, upgrading a network, improving the performance of existing lines, etc.).

Our extensive experience encompasses, Bridges, station buildings, Depots, Earthwork & Track Works, Power Supply and Transmission, Signaling & Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, Utilities diversion and yard re-modelling etc.

Our services cover the entire life cycle of the project implementation.

Currently, we are bidding for Metro Projects across India. The position of Project Director is the key position in these BIDs.



Missions/Main Duties

  • Lead and oversee all phases of the Maha Metro project, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Develop and implement project strategies, objectives, and policies in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Supervise multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, budget, and resources, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
  • Represent the project at high-level meetings and interface with clients, government authorities, and contractor


Profile/Skills

Qualifications:

  • Full-time graduate degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

  • Minimum 30 years' post-graduation experience in railways or railway-related industry.

Urban Rail Experience:

  • At least 7 years' experience in urban rail-based passenger carrying systems
