Job Title: Recruiter BPO Volume Hiring

Location: Noida 142 (Work from Office)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

General Shifts

About the Role We need  strong experience in BPO volume hiring to join our growing recruitment team at Aionos. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for large-scale hiring in the BPO sector.Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end recruitment for bulk/volume hiring in the BPO domain.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and walk-ins.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate pipeline and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Achieve hiring targets within given timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment reports and trackers.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–3 years in BPO volume hiring (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of sourcing channels and recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • General Shift
  • Immediate joiners preferred (maximum 15 days' notice).
  • No gender preference.

Compensation

  • CTC: Up to 5 LPA (based on experience and interview performance).
