Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily branch or departmental operations under the supervision of senior staff.
- Handle basic banking functions such as account opening, deposits, withdrawals, and customer queries.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all touchpoints.
- Learn and follow banking procedures, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the sales team in promoting bank products such as savings accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance.
- Assist in KYC verification, data entry, document checking, and compliance monitoring.
- Participate in training programs and skill development activities as assigned.
- Generate and analyze basic reports related to customer accounts or transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments (credit, operations, risk) as required.
Graduation or Post Graduation from any stream with 50% and above
Candidates who have completed Graduation / Post Graduation are eligible
10th, 12th & Graduation should be in regular mode (Correspondence, Distance Learning, Vocational, Open Schooling are not allowed)
Graduation Degree Pattern) is Compulsory
50% in 10th, 12th & Graduation
Good Communication Skill in English is must
2 Years Gap in Education allowed between 10th & Graduation.
