Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Teaching Assistant professors teach courses, prepare and deliver lectures, and create course materials. They may also provide one-on-one advice to students.
  • Research Assistant professors conduct original research in their field, publish their findings, and present their research at conferences.
  • Mentoring Assistant professors advise students and serve as role models to help them develop academically and professionally.
  • Service Assistant professors participate in departmental and institutional activities, serve on committees, and help with recruitment.
  • Professional development Assistant professors attend conferences and workshops, and collaborate with peers to advance their research and teaching.
  • Student support Assistant professors organize and manage student assignments, grades, and files. They may also help with pastoral care and admissions.

Qualification: MSC , MCA addition to this UGC-NET / SET/ Ph.D. are preferable
