Executive Assistant(Female)

Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives by handling day-to-day operations, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication within and outside the organization. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and follow-ups.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Monitor emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Support in project management and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials for executive decision-making.
- Assist in personal tasks and ad-hoc assignments when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other productivity tools.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
