About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for our Collections team. This strategic leadership position will report directly to the Manager of Quote to Cash with matrix reporting to the Senior Manager, Global Accounts Receivable. The role focuses on driving reporting initiatives, spearheading transformation efforts, and overseeing key operational areas to revolutionize collections processes.

What You'll Do:

 Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and develop teams across Collections, Cash Applications, and Dispute Management functions

  • Drive strategic collaboration across Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, IT, and Order-to-Cash functions to enhance collection efficiency and process automation

Strategic Initiatives & Analytics

  • Spearhead reporting initiatives and transformation efforts across Collections organization

  • Implement system-driven forecasting to optimize collection efficiency and accuracy

  • Design and execute improvements for enhanced data visibility and collection metrics

  • Develop and analyze collection KPI trends to create comprehensive transformation roadmap

  • Establish and maintain reporting metrics and scorecards for continuous process improvement

Operational Excellence

  • Resolve complex billing, contract, and sales order issues through partnership with Sales, customers, and business units

  • Manage Cash Applications and Disputes Resolution process

  • Participate in financial close processes, including Bad Debt analysis and reconciliation

What You'll Need:

Experience & Expertise

  • 12+ years in Accounts Receivable/Credit Collections, including 7+ years in management roles

  • Proven track record in Global Multinational and/or GCC environment

  • Deep understanding of Quote to Cash processes

  • Experience in scaling operations in high-growth environments

  • Demonstrated success implementing and optimizing financial systems

  • Strong expertise in financial operations, including journal entries management, AR reconciliations, and GL accounts closing processes

Technical & Analytical Skills

  • Advanced analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making expertise

  • Proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems

  • Strong system-driven forecasting and reporting capabilities

  • Expertise in developing and analyzing KPIs and metrics dashboards

  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights

  • Knowledge of HighRadius or similar AR automation tools is a plus

Compliance & Process Management

  • Demonstrated experience in SOX compliance management

  • Expertise in creating and maintaining detailed SOPs with version control

  • Strong background in establishing clear procedures and audit trails

  • Proven ability to maintain compliance while optimizing AR operations

  • Experience in implementing robust internal control frameworks

Leadership & Strategic Abilities

  • Strategic mindset with proven success in driving transformation initiatives

  • Exceptional communication skills across all organizational levels

  • Experience in leading cross-functional process improvement projects

  • Track record of implementing data visibility and collection optimization programs

  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and priority management skills

Strategic Planning & Innovation

  • Experience in developing comprehensive transformation roadmaps

  • Ability to identify and implement process automation opportunities

  • Proven success in establishing and maintaining performance metrics

  • Track record of driving operational efficiency improvements

  • Experience in strategic resource planning and optimization
