Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our BD team at BabyBillion. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career professionals who are passionate about sales, client engagement, and business growth.

Job Location(s):
Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi.

Key Requirements:

Experience & Availability -

  • Experience:
    0-1 year of experience in business development, sales, or related fields
  • Joining Timeline:
    Immediate to 15 days notice period

Technical Skills -

  • Sales Platforms:
    Knowledge of
    sales intelligence
    and
    prospecting tools
    such as Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM processes
  • Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new software

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Adaptability:
    Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships

  • Conduct market research and identify potential clients using sales intelligence platforms
  • Generate leads and build a strong pipeline of prospects
  • Reach out to potential clients via email, phone, and social media
  • Qualify leads and schedule meetings
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with the team to develop effective outreach strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
