Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Premium Windows & Doors Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a commercially-minded individual with a passion for design, home improvement, and building lasting client relationships. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire sales process, from initial consultation and design to project completion, ensuring a seamless and exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consultative Sales:
* Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs, design preferences, and functional requirements for premium windows and doors.
* Provide expert product advice, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of various window and door types, materials, styles, energy ratings, performance features, and installation processes.
* Offer tailored recommendations and bespoke solutions that align with client aesthetic goals, budget, and architectural style.
* Sales Cycle Management:
* Prepare accurate and detailed quotations, estimates, and financing options.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through negotiation and closing sales.
* Proactively follow up on leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Relationship Building & Customer Service:
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, and contractors to foster trust and encourage referrals and repeat business.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and post-sale issues promptly and professionally.
* Ensure a positive and responsive experience throughout the entire customer journey.
* Technical & Product Expertise:
* Conduct accurate measurements and assessments of openings to ensure a perfect fit for custom solutions.
* Stay continuously updated on industry trends, new products, building codes, and installation techniques.
* Collaborate closely with technical, design, and installation teams to ensure project accuracy and client satisfaction.
* Administrative & Reporting:
* Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, quotes, orders, and sales activities using CRM software.
* Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Experience: 1-2 years in architectural products like windows and doors, sanitary ware, acp cladding etc.
* Experience in sales, specifically within the premium window and door industry, building products, or high-end home improvement sector.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Skills:
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex product information clearly.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and quotations.
* Proficiency in using CRM software, quoting tools, and standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Ability to read and interpret architectural plans .
* Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
