Technical Lead - Python

We are looking for a Python Team Lead (5+ years - with at least 2 years in a leadership role) who can combine strong technical expertise with leadership skills. Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with databases (SQL & NoSQL), ORMs, and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Strong knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging, and optimization experience.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring junior developers.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with big data, machine learning, or AI integration in Python.
  • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery).
  • Exposure to DevOps practices and monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
