We are looking for a skilled
Marketplace Manager
to oversee and grow our business on Amazon, Flipkart, and other online marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for daily operations, product listings, inventory coordination, performance analysis, and revenue growth across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces (titles, descriptions, keywords, images, A+ content).
  • Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with warehouse/operations teams, and ensure products remain in stock.
  • Manage pricing strategies, promotions, deals, and coupons to drive sales.
  • Analyze marketplace data: traffic, conversion, sales performance, and competitor activity.
  • Handle Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub operations including order processing, returns, claims, and account health.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Improve product visibility through SEO and keyword optimization.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches and catalog updates.
  • Resolve customer issues, track feedback, and maintain positive ratings.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and growth strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–5 years of experience managing Amazon, Flipkart, or other e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Strong understanding of Seller Central / Seller Hub.
  • Knowledge of marketplace SEO, PPC advertising, and product optimization.
  • Good analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make decisions.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with e-commerce tools (Helium10, Jungle Scout, GoKwik, Unicommerce, Shiprocket, etc.).
  • Experience managing multiple brands or product categories.
