Vertical Manager/Industry Segment Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow assigned verticals or product segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
- Drive B2B/enterprise sales and manage key accounts across domestic and international markets.
- Collaborate with technical, commercial, and logistics teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze data to track performance metrics and make informed decisions to optimize operations.
Ideal Candidate
- Candidates with experience in the furniture, optoelectronics, and defense/aerospace industries are highly preferred.
- B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Chemical Engineering (B.Arch also welcome).
- MBA preferred but not mandatory.
- 3-10 years of experience in industrial trading, B2B sales, or engineering products, and related fields.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to work both independently and with teams.
Salary
- 6-12 LPA: As per industry standards (negotiable based on experience and capability).
