Roles and Responsibilities

  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Collaborating with other departments to handle sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries efficiently.
  • Managing customer escalations.
  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
  • Responsible for client handling Maintaining records about Invoices, PO.
  • Inside Sales activities / Promotion to existing customers.
  • Coordinate /assist the dispatch department regularly.
  • Regular Marketing Promotions to customers via emails, and marketing platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Should be well versed with Tally, MS-Windows, ERP, and other relevant software.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Access.
  • Client Relationship Management.
  • Should have good communication skills and a pleasant personality with go getter attitude.
  • Candidate needs to be fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Be a team player, well organized and proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
