Objectives of this role :

- Develop , implement, and maintain leading-edge analytics systems, taking complicated problems and building simple frameworks

- Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets

- Evaluate organization al methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets

- Create best-practice rep orts based on data mining, analysis, and visualization

- Evaluate in tern al systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data

- Work directly with man agers an d users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships

Position Responsibilities :

- Work with various cross function al teams to explore data and figure out all the data, Collect data from various data sources, perform wrangling needed to clean, curate the data

- Recognize, analyse, and describe complex data set trends and patterns

- Screen an d cleanse data by reviewing reports, performance indicators to find and communicate data problems to other concerned teams

- Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources

- Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting an appropriate combination of methods and tools within the defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution

- Collaborate with cross-function al teams to prioritize business and information needs provide on -call supp ort for the platform and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Must-Have Qualifications :

years of experience in data analysts, data engineering, or other data related roles

- Hands-on experience in at least one query language, especially SQL.

- Hands-on experience working with Amazon Webservices, S3, EMR, Redshift, Athena, Quick sights, etc.

- Proven experience in a data analytics role with a strong focus on exploratory data analysis (EDA).

- Expert-level proficiency in Python and PySpark specifically for data manipulation, analysis, and modelling.

- Hands-on experience working with large datasets within the Databricks platform.

- Demonstrated ability to create insightful visualizations and dashboards using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI.

- Experience in any data visualization tool, such as Matplotlib, Plotly, , ggplot, or any other open-source software.

- Strong statistical knowledge and an intuitive understanding of data distributions, and anomalies.

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

- Curiosity and passion to learn with a strong bias to action

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience analysing location/geospatial data.

- Familiarity with datasets from the automotive industry.

- Experience with data integration from multiple sources
