We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer with strong SEO and digital marketing expertise to drive measurable results for both organizations through innovative marketing strategies.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

SEO and Content Optimization

  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
  • Optimize website content for search engines to enhance visibility and drive traffic.
  • Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-friendly blogs, articles, and landing pages.

Digital Marketing Strategy

  • Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for college admissions and film promotions.
  • Develop strategies for email marketing, influencer marketing, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance brand presence and engagement across digital channels.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot to monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
  • Track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPA, and overall campaign effectiveness.

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts for both the college and production house, balancing priorities effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in performance marketing, SEO, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager) and SEO tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of the education and entertainment industries is a plus.
