Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, leading a team, and handling client projects. The candidate should be well-versed in SEO, SEM, SMM, Paid Ads, and Content Strategies, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing.
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid campaigns for ROI-driven results.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of digital marketers, designers, and content creators.
  • Coordinate with clients, understand requirements, and deliver on project goals.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.
  • Oversee social media management and content calendars for client accounts.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Prepare monthly reports and present performance insights to clients and management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing (agency or client-side).
  • Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
  • Team management and leadership experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in content strategy and copywriting.
  • Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
  • Knowledge of basic WordPress/Website management.
  • Certification in Google Ads / Analytics / Digital Marketing is a plus.

Salary & Benefits
