Role & Responsibilities
- Increase the top of funnel by driving periodic BTL activities and generating referrals from prospective customers to build a larger prospect base.
- Maximize virtual connects with qualified prospects using various digital and social media platforms.
- Adopt need-based selling (tailor recommendations based on customer profile) and coordinate with customers to facilitate smooth policy issuance.
- Ensure rigorous and timely follow-up on all prospects that are in-progress.
- Update prospect information and track performance on the Lead Management System (LMS)/VYMO.
- Ensure all procedural requirements for policy issuance are completed accurately and on time.
- Track policies logged at the branch to ensure speedy issuance.
- Provide correct and complete product information to customers to maintain transparency and trust.

Day-to-Day Deliverables
- Monitor and update leads in LMS systems
- Report daily activities to supervisors
- Service existing clients and manage renewals
- Achieve persistency targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Who Can Apply?
Qualification: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 02 years (Minimum 6 months preferred in):
- Life Insurance Sales Management
- Retail Bank Distribution
- Co-operative Bank & Channel Management
- DSA Relationship Handling
