Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and growth by developing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key clients like architects, interior designers, and contractors. Key duties include achieving sales targets, creating proposals, conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, along with experience in the construction or architectural hardware industry.
Responsibilities
Client management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and dealers.
Sales and negotiation: Achieve and exceed sales targets, prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, and negotiate contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the architectural hardware or construction industry.
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
Communication: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are crucial.
