Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions using Agile Scrum methodologies, augmented by AI tools and automation.
  • Spearhead using Generative AI based tools into software development workflows code generation, documentation, testing).
  • Project tracking, status reporting and task management
  • Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives with efficiency-enhancing AI support tools.
  • Identify technical and organizational risks early and resolve them proactively.
  • Serve as a change agent and coach in the adoption of AI in Agile environments.
  • Collaborate with engineering team and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Monitoring project progress, tracking key metrics, and ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

  • Required Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years in Scrum projects and cross-functional teams.
  • 10+ year in the software development industry including minimum 3 years as a Software engineer in Java, Spring Boot(developer)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and tracking tools like Jira
  • Experience in leading Cloud-native solutions Java microservices based solution development teams
  • Experience managing AI driven projects, particularly in integrating LLMs or generative AI into solutions or developer workflows will be an advantage

  • Basic knowledge in a CSP (AWS GCP Azure) and GenAI fundamentals

  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills for complex scenarios
  • Excellent Team player
  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills, especially in cross-discipline teams that include AI/ML professionals.
  • Good communication skills, especially in distilling technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
